When is the best time to book bridal hair and makeup?

The earlier the better. Ideally 6-9 months before the wedding.

What is the cost of wedding hair and makeup?

We have different packages offering a discount for larger weddings. Starting price from 500€.

How is payment made?

You can pay with cash, bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

How long do makeup and hair take on the wedding day?

We usually plan around 2 to 2.5 hours for brides.

Will makeup last all day?

You need to understand that the makeup artist is not a magician. And a lot depends on factors such as skin type, weather conditions, and the emotionality of the bride. But we will do everything to ensure that the makeup lasts as long as possible and will give a mini kit for retouch so that the bride can touch up her makeup if necessary. You can also order the BLBS Touch-up service.

Is it necessary to do a trial makeup and hairstyle of the bride?

Not required, but preferred. At the trial, the bride will get to know her beauty artist and will be able to try all the hair and makeup options in order to choose the perfect one.

Ideally, we do a trial session 2-3 months in advance. But if the client does not have the opportunity to come before the wedding to the city where the celebration will take place, we can arrange a trial the day before. This is a good option that allows you to change the image after the trial to another one for your pre-wedding party.

Where will the trial session take place?

We provide 3 options: 

1) in our studio in Milan at any time of the year; 

2) at your location at any time of the year (in this case, the fare is paid separately)

3) the day before the wedding at your location

Can I take my mom or bridesmaids for a makeup trial?

Of course yes! It's great if one of your close people can come with you for a trial to help you decide and give advice.

How to prepare my skin and hair for the wedding day?

The main rule is to stick to your beauty routine and no experiments. Also, the hair must be clean.

I am allergic to some cosmetics, can you find hypoallergenic products for me?

We will be happy to match you with products for your skin, taking into account your needs. However, in this case, we especially advise you to do a trial makeup and secure your special day from unpleasant surprises.
